Planned Procurement Activities:
Fiscal Year 2026/2027
In accordance with Section 27(1) of the PPDPP Act (proclaimed April 26th, 2023), the Trinidad and Tobago Trade and Investment Promotion Agency Limited hereby publishes its planned procurement activities for the upcoming twelve-month period:
27. (1) A procuring entity shall— (a) no later than six weeks after the approval of the National Budget, publish on its website or in any other electronic format, information regarding all planned procurement activities for the following twelve months.
The Annual Schedule of Planned Procurement Activity for TTTIPA includes but is not limited to the lines of business identified on the Office of Procurement Regulation (OPR), Procurement Depository. The Agency shall in accordance with the Act, engage suppliers, service providers, tenderers, and contractors who have been pre-qualified and possess both the technical and financial capabilities to initiate and execute procurement activities categories as routine, leverage, bottleneck or strategic procurement.

Current Update:
In speaking with the OPR this week, they are reviewing and considering an amendment to the act placing the onus on Public Bodies for the prequalification and maintenance of records for selected proponents. That being said, the verbiage and content for same will be provided, pending the allocation of a budget and procurement of a procurement database/eprocurement platform for the organization.
